Indian Furnishings, Floorings And Textiles Show (IFFTEX)
| The 5th edition of the Indian Furnishings, Floorings and Textile Show (IFFTEX) runs
from April 15 to 18, 2014 at India Expo Centre & Mart, Greater Noida Expressway in
the National Capital Region of Delhi, India. More than 250 leading manufacturers
from across India take part in this show.
The range of products on display is very wide and varied. In the sector of home
furnishings and made-up items, linen of various types, towels, cushion covers, wall
hangings and wall ceilings coverings, curtains, draperies and accessories, curtain
materials, upholstery materials, tapestries, laces and embroidery furnishings, silk
and Zari furnishings, quilts and coverlets, pleated blinds, table covers etc. will be on
display. In the flooring covering section, carpets, rugs and durries of different
varieties like tufted, hand woven, needle craft, flat woven, chain stitch etc. will be on
display. Floor coverings will also include runners, stair carpets, rag rugs, woven
piles etc. In addition, natural fiber floorings made out of rattan, bamboo and wicker,
jute and coir and hemp will also be on view.
Indian floorings and carpets reflect the rich legacy of traditional workmanship
blended with innovative designs that range from traditional to modern and
contemporary. The exhibits provide opportunities to explore new ideas, new
