Royale Linens Finds A New Home, Debuts New Products

Royale Linens has relocated to 295 Fifth Ave. Although its permanent suite will be on the 11th floor and open for business in Summer 2014, it is showing products temporarily in Suite 801 at 295 Fifth Ave. during the March N.Y. Home Fashions Market. Here are details on some of its N.Y. Market product debuts:

*For Your Home By Vicki Payne—Nantucket presents muted tones of yellow, tan and sky blue blended in easy living coordinating patterns of a plaid and damask; Paris reveals a small delicate tossed floral on a bold orange ground paired with a small foulard accent pattern; and Morocco features a Middle Eastern geometric motif in blue and taupe. All are 100 percent cotton sateen.

*Vintage Comfort Collection—Morris Plaid offers a printed masculine tweed design printed on the diagonal in chocolate, rust and gray; Bellora is a petite vintage floral print in cream and lilac on a seersucker-based fabric; and Savannah is a bold large-scale floral design that pops off a black ground accented with a pastel small-scale plaid. All are 60 percent cotton and 40 percent polyester.

*Studio Row—Celine offers a contemporary, large-scale palm leaf design on a teal ground accented by multi-horizontal striping; Raphalla is a large-scale stylized floral in charcoal on a silver background; and Stefano Teal features horizontal stripes across the center with subtle geometric designs on either side. New Showroom & New Hires

Ellery unveils its new 8,000-square-foot showroom dedicated entirely to bedding products at the March N.Y. Market. It has been added on to its existing space in Suite 1212 at 295 Fifth Ave.
Several new hires have been made to its senior management staff:

Greg Iaconis is senior vice-president—sales and marketing, a new position. For the past 30 years, Greg served in sales and marketing roles for the Consumer & Office Products Division of MeadWestvaco.

Sandy McNeil joins as vice-president of bedding. McNeil recently served as senior vice-president of merchandising and sales for the bedding and window divisions at Beacon Looms.
Ilona Nagy is vice-president of e-commerce. Nagy spent the past five years with CHF Industries as vice-president of merchandising for the Bath Division.

Robin Helfer joins as chief operating officer. Helfer had been with The Topps Company for seven years as chief financial officer and previously as vice-president of global operations and finance.

Opens New Showroom

Pacific Coast Home Furnishings (PCHF) opens its new showroom in mid-March at 230 Fifth Ave., Suites 1511-1512. The space showcases ten dressed beds accompanied by ten bedding vignette displays. Full coordinate bath collections, as well as decorative pillows and a free-standing window treatment section are also on view. PCHF has adopted the “entire home” strategy, in which a total collection is offered in two or more categories.

The Austin Horn Collection and Austin Horn Classics bedding collections feature four-piece ensembles as well as duvets and open stock pieces, which are primarily constructed using textiles from Europe. A new debuting addition to the Austin Horn brand is Austin Horn En Vogue©, a line designed for those with a taste for modern style.

The Sherry Kline Collection offers four- to 12-piece ensembles as well as open stock pieces in an array of fabrics, including prints, jacquards and chenilles.

Bed sheets adorned with lace, lace towels made in the U.S. and other embellished towels and freestanding bath rugs are also featured.

Shown (right) is an ensemble from the best-selling Montecito Collection, which is part of the Lifestyle from Austin Horn Classics line. It is a yarn-dyed woven chenille jacquard.
