Showrooms On The Move

Among the suppliers who have moved into new quarters in time for the September 2013 New York Home Fashions Market are:

Baltic Linen Company: The company had been located in Suite 1218 at 295 Fifth Ave., but retailers and hospitality customers will now find Baltic in a new showroom space, Suite 714 at 295 Fifth Ave., for N.Y. Market. With high loft ceilings and abundant natural light from windows that afford Fifth Ave. views, the showroom will look quite updated with platform beds and extensive new fixturing for fashion bedding, sheets, and hard and soft bath products, as well as new beach, bath towel and fashion towel collections.

Revman International: The company soars to new heights—literally—as it moves its showroom and New York headquarters from the 30th floor of 1211 Ave. of the Americas to the 70th floor of 350 Fifth Ave., which is the famed Empire State Building at 34th St.
Creative Bath Products, Inc.: The company’s bath, storage, hospitality and outdoor lines have migrated within 7W New York at 34th St. from Suite 1000 on the 10th floor to Suite 304 on the 3rd floor.

Caldeira USA: This supplier of decorative pillows and other home accessories has relocated from 261 Fifth Ave. to a larger 3,500-square-foot space in Suite 300 at 230 Fifth Ave. Tony Caldeira, managing director of the U.K.-based company, is “very excited about the new location and the commitment to the U.S. market,” he says. “We have doubled the amount of product we can show and this creates many new opportunities for Caldeira USA.” Carolyn Winderbaum, product development manager for the U.S. says, “The new space will allow us to create a more pleasant shopping experience for our customers and with our new versatile display fixtures we can reconfigure, easily adding to the flexibility of the light, bright new space.”

C & F Enterprises: The company’s showroom moved from Suite 1006 to Suite 710 at 295 Fifth Ave. in late March 2013, so this is the first N.Y. Home Fashions Market at the company’s new digs.

Fab Fifties The Retro Collection features pillows that bear amusing sayings with designs that mimic the style of magazine ads and romance comic books in the 1950s. Bardwil Announces Licensing Agreement
With Waverly

Bardwil Industries announces a licensing agreement with Iconix Brand Group for the Waverly license across three categories for the New York Home Fashions Market.

“Waverly is one of the oldest, most recognized home textile brands, with a rich history and heritage,” notes Alan Kennedy, president, Bardwil Industries. “It is a perfect fit for Bardwil Industries, and we look forward to broadening our market share with this powerful brand.”

Bardwil will include the following three collections under the Waverly brand:
